Reviews are critical for our growth. We have a structured process to encourage clients to leave reviews and reward them for doing so.

The Process

1. At Checkout (QR Code): The primary time to ask for a review is at the desk during checkout. We have a QR code available for them to scan.
2. Follow-Up Email: We also send an email after the service to ask them for a review.

The Gift Exchange

We offer a gift in exchange for a review, but there is a strict rule:

The client MUST show proof that they completed the review in order to receive the gift.
