Technician Script (during scalp analysis wrap-up)

Set the plan (personalized, matter-of-fact):

"From your scalp analysis, I'm seeing [e.g., mild follicle blockage + seasonal shedding]. To keep your scalp healthy and prevent [e.g., future irritation + excess shedding], I recommend [monthly / every 2 weeks] visits for the next [2–3 months]."

Name the ritual + cadence:

"Based on today, [The Growth / The Calm / The Nourish / The Cleanse] every [2 weeks / month] will serve you best."

Normalize like a dentist:

"Think of this like a dentist cleaning—routine care keeps everything clear so issues don't build up."

Soft close + handoff:

"I've added this to your Scalp Report. I'll note your preferred day/time, and our receptionist will help you book your next visit before you go."

Reception Script (at checkout)

Warm confirmation:

"[Guest name], I have your Scalp Plan from [tech name] recommending [monthly / bi-weekly] [ritual name]."
