Use this script after a client's 2nd visit to introduce the membership option.
After 2nd Visit — Membership Pitch:
"You've been here twice now — can I share something real quick? Our membership is $195 a month and it covers your [Calm / Vital Boost]. You're already spending that anyway, but members get priority booking and never have to stress about availability. Want me to tell you more about it?"
Our packages and membership exist to encourage consistency. A client on our Buy 4 Get 1 Free package is coming back for their fifth service at no charge to them. It costs them nothing to return.
When you rebook a package client, you're not asking them to spend more money. You're helping them use what they already paid for. That fifth appointment still pays you. They just got it free.
